This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.
• During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or other circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. International parcels depart from the Republic of Korea.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Asia: 3–10 business days
• North America: 5–15 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• Oceania: 5–15 business days
• Other Regions: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times exclude weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, and events outside the carrier’s control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped via express delivery services (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) are dispatched under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage charges, or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Before placing an order, please ensure that Korean skincare products are permitted for import into your country and verify whether any special labeling, registration, or documentation is required.

If your shipment requires specific customs instructions, please include them in the order comments at checkout or contact us at support@ecosturn.com before your order is shipped. We cannot guarantee requests received after dispatch.

If you require shipment under different Incoterms, such as EXW (Ex Works), FCA (Free Carrier), or FOB (Free On Board) using your own freight forwarder or logistics provider, please specify your preferred shipping terms during checkout or contact us at support@ecosturn.com when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Parcels that are denied entry, refused by the recipient, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or other import charges will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Any applicable shipping, return shipping, customs, or other related costs may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Public holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience should any delays occur.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.
